Over the years, Teresa has seen many generations of families through the doors, and to this day that is the aspect of her job she enjoys most – meeting and greeting those families with whom Bank Cottage have special links. Although these days, most of Teresa’s time is taken up in the office, ensuring the nuts and bolts are all in place to ensure that the patients’ expectations are met, and we have a happy team.
Teresa feels fortunate in heading up a great team, again many of whom have been in the practice for many years. As the role of practice manager is constantly changing, Teresa enjoys the challenges that come with the evolving role.
As for spare time…what’s that?
Teresa has been involved in the annual Bristol Balloon Fiesta for nearly 20 years, sitting on the flying committee and is the one responsible for managing and debriefing the team during the event.
Alongside that, she enjoys theatre trips, travel, cookery, and spending valuable time with her friends, and family, in particular her 5 grandchildren.
Will Teresa make 50 years working in the practice she loves – who knows, so near but yet so far…watch this space!
As a person with a fear of dentists who had not visited one in 8 years I can honestly say Dentist Tim Lindop and Nurse Lisa made me feel at ease. They were friendly and professional and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Tim took the time to thoroughly explain to me what he was going to do before beginning which took a lot of my anxiety away. After explaining my concerns Tim was very patient and understanding and the injections I received were very gentle. Excellent dental practice with exceptional staff, I won't be going anywhere else in future.
